READ THIS! DO THIS! STEP ON THE LINE!
Relax! It’s really not that bad.
This is your chance to show off your great work and to see
all the fantastic work other students have done.
Have a great fair!
Use this checklist to make sure you have taken all the necessary steps.
FRIDAY - JANUARY 29
Get your registration packet at the Registration desk.
If necessary, get your final SRC (Scientific Review Committee) approval at the SRC desk.
Your name badge is your “ticket” for entry into the Display Hall tomorrow. Don’t forget to bring it! You have a project number with a code for the Division (Junior or Senior) you are in, the Category you are in, and your own personal project number. You’ll find this number just below your name on your name badge.
Find your display site in the Display Hall. Your spot will have a tag with your project number.
Unload your project and move your car from the loading area as quickly as possible, so others can unload.
Set up your display at your designated spot.
When your display is completely set up, find one of the Display and Safety Team members to check your project. They are the people with the long white poles.
Once you have your Display and Safety Review Form signed, you can leave for the evening.
Leave the Display and Safety Review Form with your display.
Take your name badge with you.
If you take things you plan to bring back tomorrow, make sure to get them tagged by the Display and Safety Team.
Get a good night’s sleep!
